I went in at 8:30am to have an exhaust fitted. They'd forgotten to order it and then couldn't arrange a courtesy car. So an early start for nothing. Also, I had a demo in an M4 but they'd not organised a taxed car so I only had 15 minutes in it.
Every time I've gone into the Peter Vardy store I've had nothing but excellent customer service, their staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
Liked the video of the undercarriage made by the mechanic.
The fault was found quickly and repaired the same day and didn't have any problem with a getting a replacement car for the day.

My car was in for MOT and I was text to remind me, I was expected and handover was quick and efficient. I was advised when my car was to be ready and was phoned at the due time. Again, handover was quick and efficient.
Excellent service. Very polite and accommodating whilst I was waiting. Service done in 90 mins as promised and a video walkthrough of the main points from the service from the engineer to watch on my phone (an unexpected bonus)

Appointment was available at short notice. Drop off was very quick with messages updating me on the progress of the work.
Kept updated at every step, the video health check was a nice touch. Resolved another issue that cropped up with the car a week prior to coming for the factory recall items at the same time.
I handed car in on Wednesday afternoon for MoT on Thursday. Near side rear tyre worn and had to be replaced. None in stock and delivery Friday. Advised to have alignment and tracking checked. Car eventually available 5pm Friday

I would have rated service higher but for problems getting through to the service department on the phone. This is a long standing problem. Reception answer phone quickly however service frequently do not pick up the call and calls are not returned.
Derek Patterson (Sales Executive) was a person I was extremely happy to deal with and felt he listened to what I was looking for got me exactly what I asked for.

The car is fantastic and although there were some issues with a tyre pressure and I was at the garage 3 times within 3 weeks since the purchase, the client service was brilliant, always attentive and very helpful. The tyre is fixed now!

service was great to start,quick and Efficient , after 6 weeks i had 2 issues with the car ,Had to chase to get appointment. Returned to collect it .. and the problem hadn't been fixed properly so had to leave again without the car.

Seemed to take a long time, the whole day for minor warranty work. The sensor for exhaust fumes was faulty.

No call backs and felt like a 'scam" saying Mot du email - told it was marketing well don't bother.
Excellent feedback and impressive video.
The staff missed major problem: loud noise coming from the left front wheel, caused by aluminium plate (brake disc protector) hanging without any screws or hangers, fixed next day locally, also missed that the left mirror doesn't move when reversing.
Although my end of guarantee appt 'disappeared' from the system and I had to come back another day I am satisfied with PV Ltd.

Surprisingly good prices for service work, and other parts changed under warranty with no questions asked.
I pay to be part of Premier club and my car comes back dirty with a label on it saying professionally cleaned. I think not. Attention to detail is important.

Not always a pleasant or welcoming experience comparing them to other BMW sales rooms. Not great communication at all. Everything seems to be a hassle for them compared to other showrooms. Not the friendliest. Seems forced at best. Not all are guilty

The experience was somewhat spoilt by careless mechanics doing a service to my M4 and messing up my white leather interior badly with grease/ dirt from their clothing
My car was fixed within 24 hours (I was due to go on holiday and needed my car) and Ryan and the team really understood my panic and made me feel like they were doing everything to help.
visit was to repair under warranty--booked and repaired within 3 days-- the dealer who I bought the car from was not interested and would not repair until end of October

A tyre issue was noted two months after purchasing a 335D After examination and discussion with Service Personnel a decision was taken by them to replace the tyre free of charge. A lovely food hamper arrived because of any inconvenience caused.

I have always been looked after and kept up to date on the progress of my car when in the garage.
My adviser did everything she said she would without any hesitation.
Car was booked in for 1000hrs but the oil change did not start until after 1400 hrs. It took just 2 hours, wasting much of my day. Reception staff were not very helpful - I had to repeat requests for a cup of coffee and the ordering of a taxi.
Service is excellent. Very efficient work was completed on time.
sales guy Zac was great as was the handover process who was dealt with a different person (I forget his name btu was excellent).
Ross Green was fantastic and patient took the time to help me to find the car that I was looking for.
Sales staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. They take time to take you thro all the details and available products offering you choices you may not have considered but equally relevant to your needs.
