Slightly disappointed with courtesy car
A tyre issue was noted two months after purchasing a 335D After examination and discussion with Service Personnel a decision was taken by them to replace the tyre free of charge. A lovely food hamper arrived because of any inconvenience caused.
On a whole, very good service, however definitely areas to improve. The most disappointing aspect was having to have my car in first thing at 8am, and not receive it back till 6pm
The service team carried out the work effectively and kept me up to date on progress, including when I could collect the car.

Booked in for service, approved by the person booking the car in with all knowledge of the car. Then couldn't do the service. Blame whoever but for me it was a waste of precious time, money and effort

I was well looked after by the staff whilst I was there and the work carried out is always excellent. I must mention the chap that was on the reception when I was last in. I had a long wait but he made me very comfortable and looked after me.

My adviser did everything she said she would without any hesitation.
Car was booked in for 1000hrs but the oil change did not start until after 1400 hrs. It took just 2 hours, wasting much of my day. Reception staff were not very helpful - I had to repeat requests for a cup of coffee and the ordering of a taxi.
Service is excellent. Very efficient work was completed on time.

1) mucked up the booking day (the girl apparently booked us into the Volvo dealership). Meaning we did not get use of a courtesy car. 2) due to the error in booking no courtesy car available. Stuck at dealership with 2 kids 3Car not adequately clean

I appreciated that the garage persisted in trying to rectify the other defect problem that had arisen with the car until the reason was traced. I also appreciated that the customer service adviser dealing with me updated me regularly about progress.
Our service advisor (Grace) was extremely helpful and encouraged us to take out a service plan as she explained it would be beneficial to us in the long term.

I struggle with a 4 star rating because I felt less informed about the reason/s for the recent recall? I was advised by letter that it would take 2 hours for the necessary changes to be effected but upon my arrival I was advised of a 5 hours wait!
Everything done as expected. Car not washed which is what I requested. Last BMW fewer ignored my do not wash request.
All work was done right first time, issues were resolved in a way that minimised inconvenience to me and I was kept fully informed throughout. My car was treated with great respect and care and returned beautifully cleaned inside and out.
My only gripe is that I consider £278 a lot of money for an oil and filter change and replacement of the particulate filter

Only thing stopping the top mark was that I had new brake pads fitted and the sensor in the cars software isn't recognising this meaning I need to go back to have this reset. Trying to get in touch with servicing regarding this hasn't been easy.

Bus service into town. I requested an early pick up if possible. This was done without any problems.
Waited over an hour to get the car back once we received the call the car would be ready at 4. The car wasn't washed to a very good standard (sections were missed)

The showroom easily accessible and also to get around . The Sales staff were on hand to answer any questions, and the level of service that we received was right for us. The car was ready and in great condition at the date and time that was agreed.
