My vehicle was subject to a recall. The dealership was most helpful in rearranging my scheduled date and returning my vehicle to me. The original recall was not needed for my vehicle. Another two recalls, that I was unaware of, were carried out.

My appointment was a particular timing at 1130hrs, which on arrival Nicole processed the paperwork for the service initiation. At several points during my visit Nicole kept me updated and ensured that other showroom staff attended any needs.

Disappointed that the service plans are no longer available currently. Furthermore the courtesy car I got was a great car, was just unfortunate that it stunk of cigarettes and there was cigarette ash in the drivers footwell.

EGR system replaced and brake fluid service carried out by technicians on the same day. Named person, Shaun Samson, took care of booking. It is efficient to have a named person to deal with. No charge for service due to "inconvenience" of recall.

Despite having a pre-paid national BMW service plan, Peter Vardy BMW refused to honour on of the elements, a map update. I was left confused as to why this was. I will be submitting complaint to EMAC, the service plan administrator.

The dashcam installation was carried out to a high standard. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I had a wasted 80 mile journey when the car was first booked in. It was booked in for 2 hrs - takes 2 days - doh! So I had to re-book.

Car repair was delayed 24 hrs due to part not being available on the registered date of repair. Reason for the delay was advised as no delivery was made on a bank holiday despite the repair date being made 6 weeks in advance.
